Career with Semnox Solutions Private Limited from September 2018 to March 2020:

Semnox is the parent company to two overseas subsidiaries, one in the USA and another in Dubai; they also have a JV located in China. This group is a software solution provider for the entertainment and amusement industry all over the world with customers spread over 40 countries.

  • As the Chief Financial Officer, handled the Statutory Compliances, Finance, Accounting, and Administration at its Corporate Office located in Mangalore.
  • Monitoring the LLP part of the group in establishing restaurant/family entertainment centered business in Mumbai which also has plans to expand Pan India.

Career with Achal group from December 1992 to September 2018:

  • Took up the employment as Manager-Finance at Achal Industries in 1992. They are the Manufacturers and Exporters of Cashew Nuts at Baikampady, Mangalore. Over the years took up the various roles that are listed below:
  • Director of Achal Cashews Private Ltd, a quality cashew manufacturing unit situated in Turkewadi, Maharashtra.
  • Director of Achal Primenuts Private Ltd, a company into the retail business of cashews, dry fruits, spices, sweets, and savories in Bangalore.
  • Executive Director of Achal Industries Private Limited, a quality cashew manufacturing unit situated in Baikampady, Mangalore which specializes in manufacture and export of Organic Cashews and has a specialized market for its products all over the world.
  • General Manager at M/s. Achal Industries which is the flagship unit of Achal group.
  • Appointed as the Team Leader and the Management Representative for implementing ISO 22000:2005 and 9001:2008 for these companies across all locations.
  • The key person in handling certification and audit for the organic agriculture standards of India, EU, USA, Swiss, Japan, Canada, Korean and many other countries.
  • Responsible for the certified smallholder cashew farmers group. In 1996, the initiative that started with a group of 180 farmers has now grown upto 6000 plus farmers across Goa and Maharashtra. The group is the pioneer in producing and marketing of organic cashews. This project also initiated the first Demeter Certified Biodynamic Cashews in the world.
